About Sara

I bring a wealth of personal struggle and triumph to my coaching engagements. I am an ICF certified Professional Life Coach, trained in the Co-Active Coaching methodology. I hold a BS in Psychology from William Woods University. Throughout a 30 year career in the technology industry, I have enjoyed success as Vice President of Marketing for a Fortune 500 company and currently act as a global Program Director for a Fortune 100 company.

I have also experienced the challenge of divorce, single parenthood, and substance abuse. My triumph over these past circumstances serve to inform and power my coaching relationships.
